Joanne Harrison, Onboard Sales Director

During the initial training needs analysis, Onboard identified two key training audiences. Firstly, the Finance and administration teams would need training across a range of workstreams, such as general ledger, accounts payable, inventory management, purchase order management, and shop floor control. Secondly, the Sales order management teams would need training to cover sales order processing, invoicing, returns and credits, and inquiries.
